Using high quality laser cutting machinery, at Prolazer Components Ltd we strive to offer unrivalled service & quality to our customers for all their laser profiling requirements.

With laser cutting being the backbone of our business, we ensure this method of profiling is extremely accurate for mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium. We can accommodate plate sizes up to 4 x 2 metres x 20mm thick using the latest laser technology to produce top quality components to your required specification.

Other services provided are press-braking, fabrication & CNC milling/lathes.  Our highly skilled technical staff can bend, weld & turn metal into virtually anything you wish !

Working with advanced CAD/CAM systems, we utilise the latest technology to produce a final product which is not only excellent quality, but is also delivered on time & is made to your specification – first time !

All these services are supported by a dedicated & efficient customer services team who enable Prolazer Components to offer expert assistance with every step of the design & production process.  

Flat sheet - Specialists in laser cutting and pressbrake folding. Accurate to 0.05mm. We can accommodate almost all of your sheet steel requirements.

Maximum sheet size – 4000mm x 2000mm, max thickness – 12mm stainless, 20mm mild steel, 10mm aluminium

Bending capacity – 100 tonne pressbrake – can bend 3mm mild steel over 3000mm, and larger thicknesses over reduced lengths, accordingly.

Capacity – we have the room – Schedule the parts and we can manufacture to your needs, and you can call them off when required.

Flexibility – we work 24 hours, so when that part is desperately required next day – we can make it.

Stock – we stock a nominal amount of most thicknesses of aluminium, stainless, mild steel and chequer plate, for that urgent purchase.

CNC machining – whether you require 1 off widget, or 10,000 turned components, we can make them no problem. 3 CNC lathes catering for anything from 10mm diameter, up to 180mm diameter – almost any material from plastic through to to stainless steel. We have CNC milling capability also – so for that mega-accurate job, we can manufacture precisely.

Manual machining – we have a range of manual machines also. These can cater for the easier operations – for instance 45 degree chamfers and recesses on laser-cut products. These are also handy for one-off engineering jobs.

Fabrication/ Welding – qualified coded welders capable of putting your product together with care and precision. MIG/ TIG/ stick/ gas – no problem – show us the job – we will find a solution.

CNC wire forming – 12mm capacity – anything from exhaust hangers to hydraulic tubes – we make make it. Bullet form available on 8/10/12mm wire.

CMM – we have a 3 axis co-ordinate measuring machine on site – so reverse engineering your product is no problem.

CNC tube bending – whether you require a  roll cage for your off-roader, or an exhaust for your vehicle, or a handrail for health and safety – give us a call – we can help.
